Eva Sanders and Temara Presley have been working together as a mother-daughter real estate team for twelve years and are licensed in the state of Oregon as residential real estate brokers.  Eva is also licensed and actively selling real estate in the state of Washington.

We want our clients to feel like they are our only client.

Both are native Oregonians with a combined 27 years in the real estate industry.  Being a team provides more service and availability for valued clients.  And being a mother-daughter team has been a key to success because they share the same vision for excellent service.

Experience matters.  Eva is the Principal Broker, manager and part owner of the Belmont Meadows Group office.  Eva brings her residential, land and commercial experience to clients.  Eva has been selling real estate for over 20 years, has owned two real estate companies and was a builder with her husband for more than 10 years.  Temara is an experienced residential agent specializing in buyer representation and listing promotion.  She has her BS Biology/Chemistry and, after working in biotech and computer manufacturing fields for 4 years, has been working in the real estate industry for 12 years.  Eva and Temara are Platinum and Diamond members of the Million Dollar Club.  Their volume is in the top 5% of Portland Metro agents.
